A company is looking for a Product Manager, Community Products to enhance digital experiences for its community.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the roadmap and performance of community platforms including Slack and the Member Hub
Design intuitive structures to facilitate member engagement and knowledge sharing
Define and track community metrics to inform product decisions and enhance member experiences
Required Qualifications :
5-8 years of experience in product management or related roles
Experience with community or networked products, particularly Slack-based platforms
Strong qualitative research skills for gathering and synthesizing member feedback
Data-fluent with the ability to define and analyze community metrics
Experience in trust & safety, moderation, or policy design
