Key Responsibilities

Guide the team in developing optimized service offerings to meet customer technology upgrade goals

Provide technical mentorship and ensure the team develops expertise in relevant technologies

Oversee the enhancement of NetMod tools to improve customer experience and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing technical pre-sales services pursuit teams

Expertise in DACs, SONET, TDM, CEM, and related technologies

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with 10+ years of experience in sales and network equipment

Experience in developing pricing strategies and ensuring profitable results

Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong background in delivering services at customer sites
