Travel Med / Surg Telemetry RN – Day Shift

Location : Syracuse, NY

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : 11 / 7 / 2025

Shift : Days – 12-hour shifts

Weekend & Holiday Requirements : Every other weekend and some holidays

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Med / Surg Telemetry RN for adult acute care units in Syracuse, NY. This is a travel assignment for nurses skilled in patient assessment, telemetry monitoring, and acute care procedures.

Qualifications

Current New York State RN license

BLS certification (current and recertifiable)

Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience within the past 2 years in a facility of similar size / level (Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred)

EPIC EMR experience preferred

Ability to start IVs, draw labs, monitor telemetry, and perform majority of patient care independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in adult med / surg telemetry units

Perform nursing assessments and interventions with minimal orientation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care
