Salary : $115,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Gather requirements for new software projects and enhancements to existing custom-built and purchased applications including MRP, scheduling, quoting, and price / delivery systems
• Manage the Kace ticketing system and improve workflows and reporting.
• Work with IT Manager and outside vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions
• Coordinate system rollouts and user training; create user guides and training materials for business systems
• Partner with our Manufacturing Process Analyst to ensure technology solutions support manufacturing workflows and process improvements
• Help standardize IT processes and improve team communication; document IT procedures and workflows
• Organize and improve SharePoint site structure and content management
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes using Microsoft and other tools
• Works with external vendors on website content management improvements and enhancements
• Serves as backup for desktop support
