We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of wooden pallets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety policies are being met.
- Ensure machines are running at production goals.
- Organize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
- Make weekly production schedules.
- Ensure raw materials are ready to go for each production run.
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Report to upper management.
