Job descriptionCandidate must be a student of the University of Nevada, Reno. Candidate must maintain a 2.75 GPA and be enrolled in at least 15 credits Candidate must have experience with AP style and writing for print or online Candidate has experience writing headlines, or experience with or knowledge of SEO and the elements of a good headline Candidate should be familiar with current Sagebrush work (articles, multimedia, social media) Candidate has have experience writing copy for social media, especially Facebook and Twitter Candidate has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign) is preferred Candidate has experience with multimedia programs (Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) is preferredThe University of Nevada, Reno is a leading public research university committed to the promise of a future powered by knowledge.
