Job description

Were hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager in Miami to lead hospital and healthcare facility projects. If you have a strong track record in managing complex construction projects, this is your chance to take on a high-impact role with a leading team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hospital and healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and risk management efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • 710 years of construction project management experience , ideally in hospital, healthcare, or medical facility construction .
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and project scheduling.
  • Experience with procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : $150,000$200,000 per year
  • Full benefits package (to be detailed by the company)
