Sepal is conducting a research study to understand work excellence among educational, guidance, and career counselors and advisors (all educational levels) to establish professional benchmarks. Selected participants will share their professional background, design field-specific screening questions, and document substantial work projects as case studies.\n\nSample of reported job titles : Academic Advisor, Academic Counselor, Admissions Counselor, Career Counselor, College Counselor, Elementary School Counselor, Guidance Counselor, School Counselor, Student Services Coordinator, Vocational Counselor\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS : \n
- 5+ years full-time experience as an educational, guidance, or career counselor / advisor\n
- Native-level English language fluency\n
- U.S. residency\n
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet\n
- Available for at least 10 hours per week during the 2-3 week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule)\n
- Technology proficiency : Comfortable with messaging, video calling, and uploading files\n
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS : \n
- Hourly pay : $33-50 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit\n
- Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\n
- Classification as 1099 independent-contractor; engagement is at-will\n
- Entirely remote, work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met\n
