Job Summary :

The Vice President of ASC Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a national portfolio of Ambulatory Surgical Centers. This role provides direct leadership, accountability, and performance management across all ASC sites to ensure clinical excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable financial growth. This person will need to sit in either CST or EST time zones.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership :

• Provide executive oversight and operational direction to ASC administrators and site leaders across multiple regions. Ensure consistent execution of best practices and high-performance standards at each location.
• Financial Management :
• Assume full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for all ASCs in the portfolio. Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor performance metrics, and drive financial targets including revenue growth, cost containment, and margin enhancement.
