Job Description

Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.

Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.

Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
