Commercial Project Manager

About the Opportunity :  We are seeking a driven  Commercial Project Manager  to join our dynamic team in the  Milwaukee area . This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, high-impact construction projects for a well-established firm that specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional builds. Travel is required up to 1 / 3 of the time for job site visits and coordination, primarily within Wisconsin and surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Maintain client relationships and ensure project goals, schedules, and budgets are achieved.

Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and on-site execution efforts.

Manage project documentation, RFI processes, change orders, and quality control measures.

Collaborate with field teams, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in commercial project management or construction supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel up to 33% for site visits, meetings, and coordination.

Preferred :

Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, or industrial projects.

Familiarity with Lean Construction or Building Information Modeling (BIM).
