The Power Electronics Engineer Role :
We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to work on industry-leading projects. Responsibilities in this role may be to :
- Investigate embedded software problems, recommending appropriate action own problem resolution and validation, run design review and documents results.
- Develop system controller embedded controls.
- Integrate the system controller with other controllers / sub-systems.
- Oversee the quality and performance of software by overseeing implementation & testing.
- Deliver independent execution of established and emerging work processes and systems.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
- Influence technical direction within the project team.
- Ensure your continuous professional development in vital areas.
For the role of Power Electronics Engineer, we are looking for :
Essential-
- Experience with embedded controls using MATLAB Simulink
- Effective and collaborative team player
- Good communicator written and verbal.
- MS Office Suite
Desirable-
- PCAN view, Canalyzer, etc.
- Windchill RV & S / PTC Integrity
- Product Failure Mode Avoidance
- Automotive engines
- Hybrid vehicles
- Transmission
Plus, knowledge in the following areas : Power Electronics, Battery Pack / System, Traction, EV charging / AC / DC Fast Charging / Vehicle-to-Grid type of feature
