Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities : -

• Patient Care : Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Clinical Procedures : Conduct procedures within the scope of practice and clinical protocols.
• Collaborative Practice : Work closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Chronic Disease Management : Provide ongoing care, monitoring, and education for patients with chronic illnesses to improve health outcomes.
• Health Promotion : Participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education initiatives.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and facility standards and regulations.
