Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities : -
- Patient Care : Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Clinical Procedures : Conduct procedures within the scope of practice and clinical protocols.
- Collaborative Practice : Work closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Chronic Disease Management : Provide ongoing care, monitoring, and education for patients with chronic illnesses to improve health outcomes.
- Health Promotion : Participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education initiatives.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and facility standards and regulations.
Qualifications : -
Current and unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in Primary Care or Occupational Health ).BLS and ACLS certifications required.Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and communication skills.Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach to care.Exposure to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred but not required.Benefits : -
