Qualifications

Horizon Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to provide oversight to staff at ourRecovery Village Residential Treatment Center serving both men and woman. The Program Manager is responsible for providing guidance, training and supervision relating to all day-to-day job duties and performance by assigned staff. The position coordinates and reviews work; maintains standards; monitors status of work in progress; reviews completed work assignments; answers questions; provides guidance and direction as needed. The Program Manager will represent the agency and attend community meetings.
