Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specializing in commercial roofing for new construction projects . This role is critical in supporting the preconstruction phase by accurately estimating costs, materials, and labor for roofing systems across a variety of commercial developments including industrial, retail, institutional, and multi-family projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing.
• Analyze architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather scope details.
• Develop quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain and update historical cost data and pricing databases.
• Assist in bid preparation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution plans.
