Job Description :

Pay Range : $50hr - $55hr

• The Software Trainer is responsible for delivering software training programs, developing instructional materials, and providing support to help team members become proficient in a new ERP system.
• They collaborate with subject matter experts to define course design, delivery methods, and training documentation.
• The role involves creating training content, updating business process documentation, conducting training sessions, offering ongoing user support, and evaluating learner progress to ensure effective adoption of the new ERP system.
