Summary : We are looking for an experienced and motivated Drywall Installer and Finisher to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, and finishing drywall panels in residential and commercial spaces. From hanging sheets to applying finishing touches, your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, professional results our clients can count on. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, mark, and cut drywall panels to fit layouts and dimensions.
• Install drywall sheets on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using screws, nails, or adhesives.
• Ensure panels are properly aligned, leveled, and securely fastened.
• Apply tape, joint compound, and finishing coats to seams and corners.
• Sand and smooth surfaces in preparation for painting or final finishes.
• Repair, patch, and complete punch-list items as needed.
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA requirements.

Work Conditions :

This is a fully on-site role at the project location(s). Must have ability to stoop, stand, climb, frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Regularly required to crouch and reach to install / move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine. Involves movement between floors, and properties to facilitate work. Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
