Automotive Service Advisor

We're looking for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, full-service automotive repair center. This full-time auto position offers competitive pay ranging from $65,000 – $100,000+ / year (base + performance pay) and a full benefits package that includes :

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. This steady schedule allows you to stay connected with customers and your auto team while enjoying evenings and weekends off.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will communicate closely with auto technicians to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and determine the necessary services. You will then educate customers about their vehicles' needs, building trust and guiding them through repair recommendations with clarity and professionalism. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, monitoring performance metrics, and working toward achieving business goals. Maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized work environment will also be part of your routine, along with managing inventory and ensuring all materials and parts are properly accounted for.
