The Staff Facilities Engineers responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following :

• Design implement and maintain facility systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility-related projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to ensure service reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Performing technical and economic analyses; data collection; spreadsheet creation and management. Assessing energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies
• Work on energy optimization frameworks and strategies for multiple scales of projects while also completing engineering studies
• Contributing to projects on green building technology and ratings systems primarily the LEED rating tool. Provide detailed fact finding research and analysis on energy-related activities
• Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and safety codes.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding facility operations maintenance activities and project statuses for stakeholders.

P60-USA-1 : $108800.00 - $155400.00
