Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist responsible for billing processes related to advertising for various properties.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and test advertising rates and discount programs for assigned properties

Input and process advertising contracts, ensuring accurate rate assignments

Assist in generating billing for all advertising revenue and resolve billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of accounting processes and controls

Associate's degree or two years' experience within MNG required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to create Excel spreadsheets using formulas

Knowledge of automated billing systems (Mactive and / or PBS system preferred)

Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend financial documents and instructions
