Job Title : Systems Software Programmer - Project Lead (Sr .NET Developer)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies .
- Lead system design discussions and translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and end users to ensure business requirements and reporting capabilities are met.
- Maintain and enhance existing legacy applications during their migration into the CCSS environment.
- Serve as a developer for migrating the SC Voucher process into CCSS and support its current applications.
- Develop system workflows, requirements, and implementation timeframes.
- Provide break / fix support, enhancements, and integration updates for SC Voucher and related applications.
- Work independently to deliver solutions while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (or 7+ years of relevant experience).7+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures .5+ years developing data-driven applications utilizing major relational databases such as MS SQL Server 2012 R2 / 2014 / 2016 , including stored procedures and complex joins.5+ years of experience building web-based systems with N-tier architectures , dynamic content, scalability, and advanced security implementations.Strong experience with :C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 3+
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 / 2013 / 2015TFS (Team Foundation Server)IIS 8.5 / MS Server 2012 R2WCF and jQueryAngular (3+ years preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to explain design and implementation decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred Skills
Experience with SC Child Care Licensing , SC Voucher , and CACFP systems.Knowledge of DSS Early Care and Education programs, mission, and objectives.Strong project leadership skills; self-starter requiring minimal management.Experience in responsive design , TypeScript , and SSRS is a plus.Tools & Environments
