About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Data and AI Automation to lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge data stack crucial for powering real-time AI agents within our digital transformation initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a solid background in data, analytics, or engineering who has at least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.

In this key position, you will be instrumental in establishing the data infrastructure that facilitates autonomous workflows. You will take ownership of modern data stacks, efficiently ingest and normalize data from diverse sources, and design agent-ready data schemas.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner for C-level executives, delivering impactful real-time insights and automation, while also managing a high-performing team. You should possess strong technical skills in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and BI tools, paired with a thorough understanding of structuring data for AI agents.

Additionally, experience in high-volume, operationally complex environments is essential, and familiarity with Python, LangChain, or LangGraph is highly desirable.
