• Extensive Auto Repair Industry Experience : 5+ years of experience in the auto repair industry, with a deep understanding of shop operations, customer service, and area management.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Locations : Preferred track record of effectively managing multiple retail or service locations, ideally within the automotive or a related industry.
• Leadership and Team Development : Strong leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving : Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and solve complex problems to drive continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and Growth Mindset : Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and personal growth.
• Travel : You may be required to travel in-state.
