We are seeking a Hematology / Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 260-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Nov 3, 2025. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with daytime hours and the opportunity to work independently within a collaborative outpatient team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Function as an independent provider within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient settingManage comprehensive care for both new patient consultations and follow-up appointmentsCounsel and educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and symptom managementMaintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in electronic medical recordsDemonstrate advanced clinical judgment and strong problem-solving skillsAdditional Information
At least one year of Hematology / Oncology experience preferred; strong candidates with a passion for the field will be consideredMust hold a valid and unrestricted California NP licenseRequired education : Masters, DNP, or PhD in NursingCurrent National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)Current BLS CertificationFurnishing license requiredMust obtain DEA license within 3 months of startingBenefits
