Seldin Company is seeking a Lead A partment Maintenance Technician at Pinehill Park apartment community in Bellevue, NE .
This is a Conventional property with 204 units. This position will pay up to $26 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do
The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance / repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Three to four years of related experience or training
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
