Responsibilities and Duties of the Collections Analyst :

Analyze accounts : Determine the risk level of extending credit by analyzing credit information and financial statements.

Make collection calls : Contact customers with unpaid bills to arrange repayment schedules or extend payment deadlines.

Apply payments : Process payments and reconcile accounts.

Create reports : Generate reports using credit data to help inform decisions.

Collect documentation : Gather documentation for disputes and unpaid statements.

Maintain credit history files : Create and maintain credit history files for clients and account

Experience Preferred of the Collections Analyst :

Bachelors in related field

3+ years experience in collections

Experience with Oracle is a plus
