LOCATION : Apply Digital is hybrid / remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in the Greater Los Angeles area with working hours that align to PST . This is a hybrid role and requires regular on-site presence at our clients office at least 3 days a week .

THE ROLE :

Apply Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can bring clarity structure and momentum to complex digital programs. This role spans strategic planning process improvement execution and stakeholder coordination working hand-in-hand with internal teams and client partners. Youll draw on your agency or consultancy experience guiding major digital transformation efforts helping organizations operate more effectively across product design and engineering. Were looking for someone who stays composed under pressure keeps initiatives on course and recognizes how each project connects to broader systems and platforms. Hands-on experience managing flagship initiatives and delivering cohesive digital solutions across is highly valued.

In this senior position youll apply a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle to ensure projects are delivered with precision and quality. Acting as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution youll help teams work efficiently and make informed decisions grounded in data and context. You will balance tactical oversight with strategic perspective able to zoom in on delivery details without losing sight of long-term goals. Skilled communication and facilitation are central to your approach enabling alignment across diverse groups and translating conversations into actionable plans timelines and deliverables that meet client expectations on time and within scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee complex digital projects from kickoff through delivery coordinating all aspects of executionfrom defining objectives and translating client outcomes into clear plans to managing delivery against scope timeline and budget.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers designers data analysts QA and product managers to ensure smooth workflows clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Guide teams through Agile and hybrid methodologies facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives to maintain focus transparency and continuous improvement.
• Define and manage project roadmaps milestones and capacity plans ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope while proactively identifying dependencies bottlenecks and risks.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical and business stakeholders helping to shape project objectives resource allocation and delivery priorities that align with strategic goals.
• Partner with analytics and technical teams to inform decisions with data support testing strategies and validate project performance against KPIs and success metrics.
• Ensure the integration and quality of data across platforms fostering insights that drive optimization and measurable business value.
• Oversee the release process across multiple platforms coordinating production deployments resolving blockers and maintaining quality assurance standards.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and discovery sessionsincluding requirements gathering concepting design reviews and feedback cyclesto drive alignment and shared understanding across teams.
• Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking in project management tools ensuring deliverables and requirements are captured communicated and accessible to the appropriate audience.
• Manage third-party vendors and partners ensuring adherence to SLAs budget expectations and integration within the broader delivery framework.
• Report regularly on project health status risks and performance metrics ensuring transparency with leadership the PMO and client stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative one-team culture by monitoring team morale encouraging continuous learning and supporting the adoption of new tools and methodologies that enhance delivery efficiency.
