Job descriptionInpatient only position Perform admissions, discharges, consults, and general rounding on all cardiology patients Rounding on patients in ICU Share in STEMI call with Interventional Cardiologists .9 FTE; 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period Shifts - 12 hours; 7A-7P Primarily day shifts; some nights and weekend coverage required No call outside scheduled hours Competitive compensation Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) Note : This position does not offer visa support Largest cardiovascular practice in western North Carolina with over 35 cardiologists and 25 APPs, offering subspecialties including interventional, electrophysiology, imaging, general cardiology, and advanced heart failure Partnered with Mission Health System, supporting 19 western North Carolina counties with tertiary care Provider of life-saving LVAD therapy for the region, with over 65 LVADs implanted since 2015 and excellent survival outcomes

Job Summary :
Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking experienced advanced practice providers to join our expanding inpatient cardiology team in Asheville, North Carolina.
Qualified Candidates :
- Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
- Current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Cardiology APP experience required
- Ability to see and treat Cardiac ICU / Critical Care patients
