Summary :
The Senior HRIS Analyst partners closely with the Global HRIS Manager (Total Rewards), cross-functional HRIS teams, and external vendors to support and enhance the organization's benefits administration processes. This role will be responsible for leveraging Workday expertise, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient benefit operations for both union and non-union populations across multiple states.
This position is available Hybrid (Houston) or Remote

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
Strong computer skills : proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Experience working in a global company, preferred
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION :
Associate's degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
