Job Overview : Provide front line support for onboarding, data collection, renewals, certificates tracking, and day-to-day member servicing for Real Estate clients Property and Casualty insurance programs.
What You'll Do :
- Analyze policy data
- Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation.
- Support renewal preparation (schedules, exposure data, follow-ups, trackers).
- Prepare meeting materials (monthly reviews, stewardship decks, action logs).
- Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases.
- Surface member issues promptly; follow through to resolution.
What You'll Bring :
1+ years, Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred.Active P&C license or willingness to get one when hiredBachelor's degree, Risk Management preferred.Sagitta and / or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred.Preferred Credentials and Experience :
Bachelor's degree requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)Experience using an Agency Management System such as Sagitta.Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous follow-ups, meetings, and data points simultaneously.Compensation : The national average salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
