As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading Tech, Media, and Telecom location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize technology to support access control and deliver outstanding customer service. What Youll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing badges as required by site procedures.

Communicate professionally with staff, guests, and vendors to address inquiries or direct them appropriately.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities as needed.

Help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
