As a TNS Process and Management Specialist, you will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement to ensure that operations are both efficient and effective.
Your expertise in process design and implementation will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling the organization to adapt to changing business needs and help ensure TNS maintains a competitive advantage.
This role serves as a cornerstone for fostering an environment where processes are constantly evaluated and refined, supporting the organization journey towards operational optimization.
Responsibilities
Collaboration with various TNS departments
Ensure enhancements are aligned with organizational goals and Balanced Scorecard
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation
Design and implement new processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to gather requirements, set project timelines, and assign responsibilities for process improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials
Meausure and report on the performance of business processes using KPI and metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Coordinate with Product, Billing, IT and Automation teams to ensure process automation tools and systems are effectively integrated and aligned with business needs and priorities
Perform risk assessments on existing and proposed processes to identity potential issues and develop mitigation steps
Responsibilities
Pinpoint areas within the business that lag or create bottlenecks
Looks for areas of modification that can enhance productivity and cut costs
Utilize and analyze data to refine and boost organizational performance
Demonstrating exceptional analytical skills, and having a knack for improving efficiency
Inspire teams to generate a positive outcome
Highlight how improvements equate to value add by working with Finance and Product teams
Managing projects from beginning to end using industry tools and processes
Creating long and short term plans and target setting
Serve as point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how progress the initiative
Ability to interpret goals and drawing in the correct resources to accomplish the task
For this role, we anticipate paying $153,000k-$184,000k annually. Any compensation range provided for this role is an estimate determined by available market data.
The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Qualifications
Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Lean Six Sigman
- Ability to craft visual diagrams that outline business processes, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
- Devising risk management plans to mitigate or eliminate roadblocks
- Identifying areas where technology can streamline workflows
- Ability to match technologic tools with organizational needs, guaranteeing smooth integration and minimal operation disruption
Preferred Experience and Education
- BS degree in Telecom or Business, MBA Preferred
- More than 5 years’ experience in Process and Project management
- Background in Mobile or Fixed telecom networks
- Understanding basic telecom infrastructure and design
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in the Communications industry, or other relevant industry experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and written presentation skills
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite (word, power point, excel & Visio)
