What You Will Do

• Reporting to the Head of Sales for the Americas, you will help lead the development of a winning sales team focused on scaling our East Coast territory
• Lead forecasting, sales reporting, and weekly pipeline reviews with leadership.
• Drive demand generation and partner with marketing on campaigns.
• Build executive relationships (CISOs, security leaders) and handle major escalations.
• Mentor Account Executives, support deals, and guide opportunities through sales.
• Develop strategies to grow accounts and win new logos.
• Track CNAPP competition and highlight differentiators.
• Collaborate across Channels, Marketing, Sales Ops, SEs, Customer Success, and Product.

When You Join Sysdig, You Can Expect :

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $336,000 and 462,000 USD / year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
