Staff Engineer, Full Stack

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Full Stack (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design for complex software projects, covering backend systems and frontend user interfaces

Build and maintain features that connect backend infrastructure with frontend user experience

Guide and mentor small groups of engineers while ensuring overall code quality and best practices

Required Qualifications

7+ years of industry experience in building complex software

Full-stack expertise with significant experience in backend (Python) and frontend (TypeScript / React) development

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Strong SQL skills and proficiency with SQL databases

Extensive experience in leading the design of complex software systems and understanding architectural patterns
