2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM | $20 / hr

3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM | $21 / hr

Job Overview

We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory flow and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates must have forklift experience , a high school diploma , and be able to complete a Brillium skills assessment .

What is the Brillium Test?

The Brillium test is a short online assessment used to evaluate your job-related skills and knowledge. It helps ensure you're ready for the role by measuring things like attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability. It’s a required step in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Unload raw materials, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks

Inspect cartons and contents for damage and accuracy

Verify packing slips and purchase orders

Perform daily inventory transactions in ERP system

Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

Label and deliver materials to appropriate work centers

Dispose of pallets, dunnage, and cores properly

Maintain organized receiving documentation

Coordinate outgoing freight when needed

Operate forklift safely and efficiently

Keep work area clean and compliant with safety standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD)

Forklift experience required

Brillium test required prior to placement

Ability to lift, move, and organize materials

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
