City of Hope Orange County is redefining the boundaries of what's possible in cancer research and treatment. We're bringing access to our scientific expertise and highly specialized cancer care closer to home by building OC's only specialty cancer hospital at our comprehensive cancer campus in Irvine, California. Once open in late 2025, it will deepen our treatment capabilities and seamlessly connect to City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer, our NCI-designated - and OC's most advanced - cancer center. The new hospital is the capstone of our 63-acre City of Hope Orange County campus. Where other hospitals must serve the full spectrum of health conditions in our community, every team member at this specialty cancer hospital-from the nurses to nutritionists to physicians - will focus solely on oncology.

Position Highlights :

We are seeking a Urologic Oncologist (ideally to start in Summer-Fall 2026) who will p rovide patient-centered care in collaboration with an established team of world class , nationally recognized physicians and healthcare professionals.

• Full-time position reporting to the Chief of the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology

• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration an established multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses at a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic facility

• Established and expanding referral base

• Wonderful colleagues, within an expansive Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology. Collaborative team environment with APP support available to facilitate care within your practice

• Opportunity to serve as a faculty for our Urologic Oncology Fellowship program

• Provide primarily 90-95% clinical responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of clinical trials and research studies

• Pursue academic appointments and participate in educational activities

Position Benefits :

• Excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan

• Base Salary Range : $350,000 - $425,000 (new Fellow to Associate-level) . The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.
