Job description
Leading the creation of memorable experiences, the full-time Event Producer will manage event production processes, oversee client relationships, and ensure program delivery while working in a hybrid environment based in Los Angeles or New York City. Key responsibilities Manage and execute event programs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines and budgets Develop and maintain client relationships, providing clear communication regarding project scope, budget, and schedules Oversee project budgets and coordinate with internal teams on financial matters, ensuring accuracy and accountability Required qualifications 5+ years of proven event production experience Strong leadership and team coaching skills Excellent project management abilities and client-focused approach Extraordinary organizational skills and self-motivation Understanding of technical knowledge related to AV production and event logistics
