Adult Medicine Physician Opportunity at Community-Based Clinic in Oregon - $150,000 Bonus

We're looking for a full-time BE / BC Internal Medicine or Geriatrics trained physician for our community-based clinic located in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan market.  This clinic is part of Vancouver Clinics partnership with Humana.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and medically-complex patients. Our Adult Medicine Physicians see approximately 10 patients per day and lead a care team that provides multi-layered support to adults, primarily over the age of 65. The care team includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Dietician, Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse support.
