Your days will involve :

Developing tailored ABA treatment plans that reflect each child's unique strengths.

Conducting assessments and tracking progress with real-time data analysis.

Supervising and supporting a dedicated team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).

Building meaningful partnerships with families to ensure cohesive care.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

🌟 Active BCBA certification and AZ LBA license (required).

🌟 Experience in hybrid or in-home ABA settings.
