Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of work experience in physical security systems or a related technical field.
• 5 years of work experience working with security principles and technologies, implementing security solutions, and drive testing and commissioning.
• 5 years of direct experience managing security technology projects, encompassing full lifecycle from evaluation and design through execution and deployment.

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You are comfortable explaining your team\'s analyses and recommendations to executives as well as discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers. The role focuses on end-to-end design, implementation, and quality assurance of physical security systems across Google Technical Infrastructure facilities in the US West, US Central, and Canada region. The TPM will lead a team, influence critical business processes, and serve as the trusted security systems partner, directly impacting the protection of Google\'s people and assets across the region.

Base salary : The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Specifics for your preferred location will be shared by your recruiter during the hiring process. Compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
