The Craft Training Manager oversees the design, implementation, and management of the company's craft training programs. This role ensures training programs align with organizational needs, manages training centers and staff, supports licensing and continuing education efforts, and drives outreach initiatives to promote careers in the skilled trades. The Craft Training Manager develops innovative training strategies, secures training grant funding, and ensures programs comply with industry standards and adult-learning best practices.

DUTIES & SCOPE :

• Identify training needs through gap analysis, workforce assessments, and collaboration with business leaders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate craft training curricula and learning plans that address technical, safety, and field leadership skills.
• Oversee training center operations, equipment, facilities, and instructional resources.
• Manage and mentor craft trainers and regional training staff.
• Lead tradesperson licensing support efforts, including test preparation, scheduling, and multi-state licensing assistance.
• Pursue training grant opportunities; manage applications, compliance, and reporting.
• Obtain and maintain continuing education credit (CEU) approvals for Helix University courses.
• Direct outreach programs to elementary, middle, and high schools to promote skilled trade careers.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and report on metrics, ROI, and budget performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
