- Reviewing customer emails and communications to ensure they're in line with our brand guidelines.
- Helping create resources and materials for your team to share externally with partners.
- Observing external introduction calls and providing feedback to associates who are assisting our customers.
- Tracking and analyzing sales metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and team productivity.
- Collaborating with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks across entities including month-end close relevant tasks.
