Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service based on client instructions
Document customer inquiries and verify information, making necessary corrections and updates
Utilize contact center data to improve performance and conduct outbound calls for surveying purposes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prior call center or customer service experience highly desired
Ability to operate a computer and navigate multiple windows / tabs
Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen
Must have a secure work area and provide a non-cellular high-speed internet service
