The Role

The Field Activation Manager will play a pivotal role in the marketing team, responsible for implementing and executing strategic initiatives designed to create deals, drive business growth, and support sales activation efforts. This position requires a proactive and relationship-oriented individual who can manage segment-specific programs to achieve business growth in partnership with our sales team.

The Main Responsibilities

• Marketing Funnel Visibility : Monitor and optimize visibility at each stage of the marketing funnel to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
• Deal Creation : Develop and implement strategies to decrease seller corrupt time and generate new business opportunities.
• Deal Acceleration : Drive initiatives to expedite the sales cycle and improve conversion rates and deal size.
• Events : Plan, coordinate, and execute events that generate new deals.
• Sales Activation : Collaborate with sales teams to update and action on key initiatives in partnership with our enablement team.
• Feedback Loop : Maintain feedback mechanisms to collect and analyze data from customers and sales teams, refining marketing efforts accordingly.
• Segment Programs : Design targeted marketing programs for specific market segments to maximize engagement and ROI.
