Construction Superintendent

Lead high-impact +$20M commercial builds from the ground up

Work with a top-tier commercial construction team

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.

Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to meet project timelines.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to ensure minimal disruption to the project schedule.

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and specifications.

Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and changes.

Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 135,000.
