About The Position
Job Title : Respiratory Therapist
Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Specialty : RRT-NICU
Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift : Night 3x12-Hour; Day 3x12-Hour
Hours per Shift : 12 Hours
Experience : Minimum 2 years of Critical Care and Trauma Experience, NICU or PICU experience required.
License : Valid State License
Certifications : BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT
Must-Have : Experience with Level 3 NICU / PICU or Adult ICU settings.
Description :
Peds / Adult Respiratory Therapist position available.
This role requires experience in critical care settings.
Candidates must have NICU or PICU experience.
The unit includes a variety of patient therapies, including NIV, high flow, nebulizers, CPT, nitric oxide, and Flolan nebulizer.
Ventilator experience is necessary with models such as Draeger, Servo-I, 3100A, 3100B, and Jet ventilators.
The facility provides care for neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
The role involves performing respiratory therapies and attending to patients with diverse medical needs.
Candidates will float within the scope to meet facility requirements.
Weekend work is required.
Travelers must complete required modules pre-start and annually for ongoing education.
Candidates will be expected to adhere to all facility policies during their assignment.
