Job description3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, managing teams of 10 or more. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to read blueprints and apply basic mechanical and math skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems. High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred. Full-time, permanent position based in Greenwood, SC. Involves regular standing, lifting, and working in a plant environment.
Overview
Production Manager on 1st Shift opening with a clean, professional manufacturing facility in Greenwood! You'll lead a dedicated team in their Epoxy facility, drive production efficiency, manage a team, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations and manage a team of 10+ employees.
- Monitor schedules, metrics, and workflows to meet customer deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 6S standards.
- Partner with HR and leadership on staffing, training, and employee development.
- Conduct reviews, onboarding, and training to build team capability.
