Job descriptionDedicated Service Coordinator who assists with : Scheduling follow-up appointments, contacting clients to relay messages, assisting with obtaining signed treatment plans and uploading them to charts, updating and managing caseload trackers, collecting updated documents such as consents, ROIs, and custody paperwork Benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, personal day, sick leave, holidays, employer-paid short-term disability, and life insurance Competitive salary with the ability to earn more as you advance in your career Assigned clients will be based on therapist specialization / preferred population Flexible schedule with an extensive range of client services Credentialing with insurance companies completed by BPW Individual and Group Supervision provided at NO COST (Full-time employees can receive up to 6 clinical supervision hours per month) In-house CEs available as well as CE reimbursement program Amazing support staff including in-house billing and credentialing, intake coordinators, and client services An inclusive environment with an outstanding culture Opportunities for growth within Balance Point Wellness Typical caseload 25-30 clients weekly We offer W2, 1099, and W2 fee-for-service positions W2 employees can earn up to 5 weeks of time off Master's / doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred Background Check Highly organized and possesses time management

Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling / psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Nottingham, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth divisions in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools. Balance Point Wellness has been named one of Baltimore Sun's Top Workplaces for three years including 2024.
We are seeking qualified licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy on afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
This is an IN-PERSON role in our Nottingham office
Full-time salary or 1099 available.
Therapist Job Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
- Complete psychosocial assessments
- Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
- Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary
- Monthly volume of service
