Position Overview

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our HR team and assisting with the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about creating positive employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding : Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and facilitating new hire onboarding.
• Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, address employee concerns, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management : Support managers and employees with performance evaluation processes, feedback sessions, and coaching for improvement.
• Compensation & Benefits : Assist with compensation management, benefits administration, and open enrollment periods. Ensure that employees are informed about available benefits and policies.
• Compliance & Reporting : Assist with compliance efforts related to employment law and company policies. Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
• Other HR Functions : Support the HR team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.
