Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Specialist who excels in troubleshooting, project management, and process automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive technical innovation in infrastructure operations by creating simpler, automated processes that elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying long-term solutions that streamline workflow and enhance performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement automation strategies that improve infrastructure operations.
• Lead engineering design projects from concept through to execution.
• Generate operational metrics to quantitatively assess performance improvements.
• Streamline processes based on Lean Principles to enhance operational workflow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support best practices in security and operation.
